After Dhaulagiri (8167 m, Nepal) in 2001, Aconcagua (6961 m, Argentina) in 2008 and Elbrouz (5642 m, Russia) in 2014, Philippe GOITSCHEL and Breffni BOLZE, accompanied by Anne-Claire JUDE and Georges THEVENET, cleaned the slopes of Mustagh Ata during the summer of 2019, in partnership with Mountain Wilderness, as always!
The expedition, which benefited from the support of fifteen partners and the logistics of Expeditions Unlimited (Secret Planet group), collected 800 kg of waste.
We invite you to watch this professional video produced by the company D_VOX which adhered to the ECOPROD charter.
Note that the CO2 emissions of the expedition have been the subject of a carbon offset with the GOOD PLANET Foundation.
