Wie jedes Jahr lädt Änder, Chef der Sanitätshaus-Kette "ALTER NATIVE" seine 7 Mitarbeiter zu einem besinnlichen Weihnachtswochenende ein. Doch anders als zuvor hat Änder dieses Jahr eine schlechte Nachricht zu verkünden. Er ist todkrank und will seine Firma an einen von Ihnen abgeben. Er wird dieses Wochenende nutzen um seinen Nachfolger zu bestimmen. Aus Mitarbeitern werden Konkurrenten. Als dann sein bisher unbekannter leiblicher Sohn Philippe auftaucht, werden die Karten neu gemischt und das Gefühl entsteht, dass Änder hier nicht mit offenen Karten spielt. Während die ehemaligen Kollegen versuchen, sich in einem zunehmend absurderen Wettlauf hinter dem Rücken der Anderen einen Vorteil zu verschaffen, versucht Philippe, das undurchsichtige Spiel seines Vaters zu verstehen. Und was hat überhaupt der Hotelbesitzer mit all dem zu tun? Oh du Fröhliche? Oh du Fröhliche!

Comme chaque année, André, chef de la société ALTER NATIVE, fournisseur d’articles sanitaires, invite ses sept employés à un weekend de Noël festif. Mais contrairement aux années précédentes, André a une mauvaise nouvelle à annoncer. Il souffre d’une maladie incurable et veut céder sa société à l’un d’entre eux. C’est au cours du weekend qu’il annoncera son successeur. Ses collaborateurs se transforment en concurrents. Lorsque son fils naturel, Philippe, inconnu jusque-là, fait irruption, les cartes sont redistribuées et les employés pensent qu’André a truqué le jeu. Alors que les anciens employés, dans une course de plus en plus absurde et à l’insu des autres, essaient de se profiler, Philippe tente de comprendre le jeu obscur de son père. Et quel rôle joue le patron de l’hôtel dans tout cela ? Joyeux Noël ? Joyeux Noël !

His collaborators immediately turn into competitors. When his own son, Philippe, whom nobody knew about, makes a sudden appearance, cards are redistributed, but suspicion quickly arises that André plays a deceptive game. While his employees, in a crazy race behind the back of the others, try to make their mark, Philippe tries to understand the obscure game his father is playing. And what role does the hotel owner play in all this? Jingle bells? Jingle bells!
