The war correspondent Jack Lieb was sent to England in 1944 by the American agency News of the Day to report on the planned landing of Allied troops in Normandy. He used his private 16mm film camera to shoot additional color film material in addition to the news images. This fourth and last part of the footage shows images of the liberation of Paris shot from August 19 to August 24, 1944. The commentary text is spoken by Jack Lieb. He edited his material for a screening in the 1960s. The material was digitally revised.
