After doing my first (sunset) timelapse a few months ago, I decided to do a second one while cleaning the ice and playing hockey with some friends and colleagues.
Given the relatively long interval, the first bit of the timelapse works better than the actual gameplay, but I thought it was a fun and suitable set for getting some practice with the LR and LRTimelapse workflow, including the (new) smooth crop function the latter now offers.
Since I cannot use my blog for videos, I thought this would be a good moment to become an active member of the Vimeo community. I've been watching videos here for a while now, and am amazed at how much talent is out there.
I've never done any video editing before, and just used Windows Moviemaker for this one to add a track and some titles and credits. Pretty basic stuff, but I'm getting pretty excited about the prospect of doing more serious video editing, especially because I hope to upgrade to a DSLR with video function soonish.
