It's about Personal Growth and Character Development - it's about Building Relationships and Community through the personal narrative - it's about Developing Skills for film. stage, public speaking and personal growth - it's about Developing Communications and Teaching Techniques - and, it's about Performance Skills: Storytelling, Improv, Acting and Visual Arts.
They came from all over Acadiana. They were all sizes and ages. They were some of Acadiana's best storytellers. They want to spread the word - The Acadiana Symphony and Music Conservatory, Acadiana Open Channel and Community Media, and Cité des Arts Incubator will be celebrating the Bicentennial of Louisiana by hosting summer camps to create multi-media, multi-discipline performances of the stories of Louisiana.
