VOLA unveils the third of a series of short films focused on architecture and design, featured online on "VOLA on design"
Presented by the award-winning British designer, Ilse Crawford, the latest film explores how design can enhance and support our daily interactions, behaviours and attitudes, as well as the important role wellness and wellbeing plays in design.
Design is often associated with just form. A vehicle for something aesthetically pleasing or purely functional and the interaction with the human aspect is considered the final step. Ilse Crawford couldn’t disagree anymore and proves this idea incorrect: ‘Before design, there is empathy. Without it, there is no good design’.
