Tom is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Foolproof, Europe’s largest specialist user experience design consultancy.
His first career was in advertising and marketing communications, including roles at Ogilvy and Virgin Money. This explains his interest in connecting the world of UX design with the world of brand and business strategy. Tom believes passionately that the UX profession has a huge potential to unlock value for both companies and society; and that we are in an exciting time where the influence of the profession on business thinking is starting to grow.
