F**k the po-lice. Have you seen such commotion around a street busker ever in your life? Oliver Ma is a regular busker in Hong Kong. Here he was (a month ago) singing the new HK anthem. You expect (under HK's Basic Law, their constitution) that his street audience had the right to gather around him and he had the right to sing. But noooooo... The fascist popo assholes (probably commuting into HK from nearby Shenzhen), did their best to intimidate Oliver while serving and protecting their masters, the CCP in Beijing. You'll see that the crowd is with Oliver except for the chubby guy with glasses who looks like Newman from Seinfeld. He's a fan of the fascist police, probably from mainland China himself. The rest of the crowd is taunting the police (and laughing at them). Oliver eventually gets the crowd to sing the anthem.
He asks the crowd to capture the scene on video for future evidence just in case. They obliged and you've probably seen this scene from one or two angles. This is a merger of three, so the stereo sound is wide and situates you in the crowd.
