Have an event coming up you want CaucusRoom to know about? First, in order to post an event, you must be a group host. If you would like to create a group, click here. Once you are a group host, follow the steps below:
Go to your group page and click on “events” in the top navigation bar.
Click on the “New Event” button next to “Upcoming Events.”
Add your event information, including the location, date, time, and a website where people can find more information or register. You can also upload a photo if applicable.
Choose your event’s visibility. If you list your event as “Public” it will appear on the main CaucusRoom event page and may be used as a Featured Event. If you choose “Private,” it will only appear in your group’s event page and to your group members.
Don’t forget to share your event page with others once it’s created!
