Easy Peasy Sunsalutation. Perfect to keep myself balanced living in my van, being on the road. Ideal I start by doing one on the right side and one on the left in the most slow and aware way possible. The two next ones are flowing stronger, with a steady ujay breathing though. On good days (read: without staring neighbours) I do more rounds, up to 12, the ideal amount, acording to Ayurvedic theory. Enjoy yogi!
