In the most northern province of Mozambique, filmmaker Ana Godinho de Matos captures the traditional ritual of fisherwomen. Synchronised with the tides, groups of women come together with their large nets on the shoreline, as part of their daily routine. They walk, sing, chat, laugh, dance and most importantly catch nets of fish for their families' meal.
