European Perspective on citizen-centred digital government
A government can empower individuals and organisations to make informed and conscious decisions, to realise existing potential and to enjoy the freedom of safety. A digital government can do this more efficient and more effective. It uses its digital potential, offers citizen-centred services and provides the supporting regulatory framework.
