The staff of the Vista Detentions Facility is marking an important milestone for a special housing unit for military veterans.
In November 2019, the Veterans Moving Forward program celebrated six years of success. Back in 2013, the program was created to address the special needs of military inmates at the Vista Detentions Facility.
