I shot this video yesterday at Surfer's Point, Ventura, Ca. Overcast, cloudy and gray, the antithesis of a typical California sunny day at the beach. Really ugly and dull out but it was fun anyway.
A mixture of mostly 720 24pN AVC Intra 100 with a few shots of 720 24pN AVC Intra 50 and 1080 24pN AVC Intra 100. See if you can figure out which are which.
No color correction or effects besides dissolves, all VFR shots done in camera, this sequence is nothing but the raw footage, edited through FCP 6.05 in Pro Res 422 HQ, exported to 1280 x 720 H.264 @ 5,000kbps data rate. I do see some small artifacts from the compression. I stupidly left auto iris on for some of the panning shots, duh!
