Recipe: Blueberry Kombucha Mojito
3 mint leaves
5 blueberries, extra for garnish
1 ½ ounces white rum
½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce fresh lime juice
2 ounces Pilot Blueberry Lemongrass Kombucha
Muddle mint leaves, blueberries, simple syrup in a glass. Add ice and remaining ingredients, then stir gently. Garnish with lime slice. Enjoy!
