Tang.3d is a tangible 3d-modeling tool. Users can manipulate the vertical position of spheres placed in a grid. A camera will detect these spheres. Every sphere will represent a vertex in physical space which then will be digitally connected to construct any 3d-shape. Those 3d-shapes can then be 3d-printed if desired.
