30 % fermented in new French oak barrels and 70 % fermented in stainless steel tank.

30 % of the wine is aged 3 months in barrel + ageing on its lees for 5 months.


Expressive aromas of Nectar of fruitiness, lemon pie, white flowers, fennel, thyme and
rosemary. A Powerful wine in the mouth, with a slight creamy taste from the barrel. Very
fresh and fruity with a long persistent finish.
