In 2003, Colin Powel addressed the United Nations on Iraq's Weapons of Mass Destruction. Afterward there was a press conference in a room with a large tapestry of Picasso's Guernica. They covered the tapestry with a blue cloth in order to prevent distraction from America's rationale for war.
