With the objective to improve water governance in the urban sanitation sector in Gaza strip, SIWI’s WASH governance experts were invited by UNICEF to moderate the WASH BAT workshop in Gaza. The Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Bottleneck Analysis Tool also abbreviated as WASH BAT, is a process and tool developed by UNICEF supported by SIWI.
Over 2.5 days the stakeholders came up with activities to remove the bottlenecks and agreed on an Action Plan to take the first steps towards implementing the activities.
