With the objective to improve water governance in the WASH sector in the rural areas of Ecuador, SIWI’s WASH governance experts were recently invited by UNICEF to moderate the WASHBAT workshop in Puembo, a rural parish of the Metropolitan District of Quito. The Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Bottleneck Analysis Tool also abbreviated as WASH BAT, is a process and tool developed by UNICEF supported by SIWI.
