Opening Prayer delivered by Rev. Bob Brown
And now, I invite you join me in prayer as we move into our service.
There is nothing else but this moment of Peace and Love, and right here, right now, there are no needs that are not met. So close your eyes, take a few breaths and feel that love, as I pray:
Holy Spirit within, We are so grateful to be here on this beautiful Spring morning, in this moment with you and to join in our oneness. We rejoice in the love that is here, and we say “Thank You”.
As one spiritual family we open our hearts and minds to accept all people as part of our family.
Together we remember that each of us is one with You, and one with each other.
One with the Earth and with all creation.
We open our minds to hear and feel the message that is here for us today.
To be reminded of who we are, for it seems so easy to forget in the midst of the illusions of fear this world shows us.
We accept the peace and love that is here right now – as each and every one of us.
And we open to allow Your Presence to become a part of our everyday lives.
As we move into this special time together, we give thanks to you, the giver of all life.
Together we lift each other into a willingness to open our heart in this safe place.
And we walk through the door of gratitude into the Joy of Life itself, as we allow ourselves to bloom.
And so it is – Amen.
