As a performer of more than 20 years in the stage. I believe that Release is one of the best formative techniques for performers, not so easy to find in his purest in Europe, though.

Why?. The release is healthier, is closer to the human in you. Release clean up many things that you don’t need when you move. It opens up the relationship body-mind more alternative and organic. Release and improvisation are the perfect doors to find yourself on the next road to follow as a performance artist in the contemporary world.

The improvisation exists when we reset the conditioning of the mind-setting information and learn how to work to our full potential and innate knowledge, as well as others, a skill acquired, creatively, and artistically.

As I give feedback and input to students and professionals that I work with, I evolve, I am working all the time to improve, and share with you my findings as an artist, as a choreographer, as a teacher.

I hope I am encouraging you to find your own path with intelligence and generosity. As they are several incredible artists and teachers around the world.
