HDC partnered with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina to produce moving member video testimonials showcasing the insurance company's exceptional service and dedication to their customers. These videos were part of a larger brand initiative recognizing BCBSNC's commitment to exceptional service that its customers can't afford to live without.
'Heart to Heart' tells the story of Mark and Molly Johnson, and their son Billy who had open heart surgery when he was only 30 days old. This is one of four videos in the series.
