Carol and Carolyn, two neighboring farmers from Pennsylvania, share their experiences with the gas companies to whom they have leased the resource rights to their land. In word, it's all bad. They have made very little money, despite the promises made at the time of signing. The drilling has disrupted their lives and has threatened their livelihood; it has even destroyed the roads to their farms. They also tell a chilling of how one person who dared to protest was committed to a mental facility by his Town government. Recorded at a forum held in the Village of Owego on 18 March 2012. The farmers were part of a panel of guests invited by Residents Against Fracking in Tioga (RAFT).
