I was given the task of making an antiquated computer game look visually appealing. The process was somewhat difficult, and took exponentially longer than one would expect. I had to run a hack with the game that basically re-rendered every frame of pre-recorded data in several layers, there was the character, the back ground, alpha for the display, and then a layer of z-depth information. I then used Adobe After Effects to generate depth of field over the layers of images. A lot of color correction was also done. The last project I did for the group was a 45 minute documentary that I made way back when I was junior, going into my senior year, of high school. That movie, titled About Average, received a lot of attention and positive comments from the community at the time.
