Simple Shrimp Extravaganza
Shrimp, Toasts, Garlic, Salt, White wine and Coriander.
Defrost the shrimps and boil it in water adding three full hands of marine salt.
Chop 3 medium garlics, fry it in olive oil and when it gets the brown colour, add the shrimps to the frying until a crispy brown texture.
Finally add the white wine to get all the juices and let it reduce.(consistency will depend on how strong you want it to taste).
Serve on top of the toasts! Have fun and be Happy!
Less than ten too cook, all the time to taste!
