Dr. Martin Posey of UNC Wilmington is the 2019 co-recipient of the Governor James E. Holshouser, Jr. Award for Excellence in Public Service. Presented annually by the UNC Board of Governors, the award aims to encourage, identify, recognize, and reward public service by faculty of the University.
