Outline planning approval has been granted for a revised version of the 'Tribeca Belfast' development in Belfast city centre formerly known as Royal Exchange. A £500m mixed use redevelopment is proposed by Castlebrooke Investments within the north-east quarter of Belfast City Centre. The proposed scheme, according to the developer, comprises retail, leisure, residential, community and office space across 12 acres bound by Royal Avenue, Donegall St, North St, Lower Garfield St and High St.
