Just a quick timelapse test to get the feel for a new motion control rig. This video features me striking a studio setup for a series of product shots.
For this test, I had the rig moving about .2 inches/frame, 1.5 second shutter, and an interval of 2.5 seconds.
Depending upon how far away nearby objects are, faster speeds may or may not cause a distinctive "stop-motion" feel as parallax increases. Getting a feel for this distance-from-camera to rig speed relationship is proving tricky.
