On March 30, 2012, Chief Ivan Wayne Morris of the Tsartlip First Nation, Chairman Allan Claxton of the W̱SÁNEĆ School Board and the students of ȽÁU, WELṈEW̱ Tribal School welcomed FNESC, the FNSA and Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada to their community and school for a celebration event.
