There are different variations of certain exercises to make it easier or more difficult depending on your fitness level. Keep in mind to take breaks, drink plenty of water, and most importantly listen to your body! This Episode: Sumo Inch Worm: Start standing with legs further than shoulder width, think standing like a sumo wrestler, then fold forward. Keeping legs straight (knees can be bent slightly if hamstrings are tight), begin walking hands out until shoulders are over wrists and body is straight. Walk hands back toward feet, keeping legs as straight as possible. Return to standing.
