This Episode: Frog Pumps: Lie face up with your legs in a butterfly stretch position making sure the bottom of both your feet are touching each other. Slowly thrust your hips to the sky while keeping your shoulder blades and feet planting firming on the ground. Slowly lower your hips down and repeat the movement.
