I didn't accelerate the video, everything is at normal speed. I was running, sometimes downhill - it takes a lot of expertise to keep in balance the rig.

Normal Glidecam handling requires two hands to use. One to hold the rig and the other one to finely balance it. Many times I balanced with one hand and didn't touch the vertical column with the other. During running I used the inertia and weight of the camera to take turns. Due to this I lost some horizontal balance while turning but the result is even smoother.
