SPOUMJ means Sound Painting Orchestra of Union des Musiciens de JAZZ.
We made this movie within two days : rehearsal + concert, discovering the extraordinary world of sound painting : a unique live improvisation concept based on a 900 hand signs language able to coordinate musicians, dancers, actors, graphic and video artists, even the audience themselves.
