The MCT 50 model is fully integrated with a Pick & Place unit, which allows more than one operator to load, increasing productivity. The machine slices seven tomatoes per cycle which can yield up to six premium slices per tomato – or 42 slices per cycle. This equates to 126 slices in a ½ steam tray. The MCT 50 can be operated at processing speeds of 4 cycles per minute giving an average yield of over 1,300 lbs. per hour with just five operators.
