we spend so much time putting pressure on our birthdays as if they should be this grand insane day full of things have monetary value. we as humans do this a lot in our lives. constant consumption, seeking validation through many different ways. until we reach a point where the body has taken in to much. it has sacrificed too much of itself for the darkness of the world and needs to breathe. where do we seek refuge?
