Broward County residents seeking financial assistance for career training may be eligible to receive a scholarship of up to $12,000 through CareerSource Broward’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program. Scholarships help cover the cost of tuition, books, uniforms and supplies while individuals receive the education and training they need to get hired in a high-wage occupational career field, including information technology, construction, healthcare, manufacturing and more.
