This is the first video of a series (one every month) that will introduce the town of Misasa (Tottori prefecture, in Japan) where I am working as a coordinator for international relations. This video has been shot during March and April. It deals with some events related to hina matsuri and spring: an exposition of dolls used for hina matsuri; nagashibina – a day when kids wrote messages on ema (wooden plaques) and put them on the river; and a cherry trees festival (without cherry blossoms because they were late, unfortunately).
It is not perfect, but I hope you will enjoy it.
