Was fiddling around the other day with the Kilpatrick Audio Pattern Generator and the MakeNoise optomix and came up with this little patch.
The K4815 and the Optomix (or I suppose any low pass gate) seems to be a really nice little combo.
I had the Cyclebox running into the Optomix FMing itself also synced to the bottom oscillator for the basic tone.
The other sound(s) heard is a Malekko Anti-Oscillator that the Dixie is modulating the exponential FM input of, it is then run into the Toppobrillo Multifilter. Pitch of it is controlled by the Rene' and the filter is being modulated by the Envelator (gated by Rene')
The whole lot was being clocked rock-steady by a Z3000mk2 and it was all drenched in a heavy amount of ZDSP ping-pong delay.
For a small system the Pattern generator/ Optomix and a VCO would be all that is required to make some lovely little melodys and arpeggios. I quite love the K4815 as the more you mess with it the more comes out.
