People in The Dunes II is a performance in 5 movements/acts.
This interactive dance and movement research is the result of the collaboration of visual artist Bettina Hoffmann from Montreal/Berlin and composer Haruka Hirayama from Tokyo. It was developed during a residency at DAÏMÔN in Gatineau, Canada during the month of March 2020.
Dancers: Véronique Gaudreau, Ashley Bowa and Lucile Godet
The dancers trigger a multitude of short sound clips through their movements and are able to alter them in various ways.
