'ello poppets (she isn't British, people, don't worry - DR),
I'm raising funds for Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas with Over the Edge on June 14th & 15th, 2014. This will be my second time to leap off a fantastic Austin building for the kiddos--but this time I'll be rappelling 38 stories down the W Austin (478 feet!!) in the heart of downtown (and you'll find me at the bar immediately thereafter). Last time I wore absurdly large angel wings; and I promise to be costume-clad as usual this year, too. Any suggestions?
The first 200 fundraisers to raise a minimum of $1,500 will earn a spot to go Over the Edge.
More than 350 children in central and south Texas are diagnosed each year with a life-threatening medical condition. Last year, Make-A-Wish Central & South Texas granted 218 wishes - you can help Make-A-Wish reach more of these children and create hope, strength and joy in their lives. All the money raised by rappellers goes towards granting the wishes of local children.

With your help, I will definitely be one of the 200 rappellers! If you would like to make a donation, big or small, to help me reach my goal of $1,500: visit
I'm so excited to participate in this event again, raise money for an amazing cause, and bring together amazing folks. Thank you in advance for your consideration, time, and donation!
