The fantastic thing about slow roasting shoulder of lamb is it get so tender like you won't believe. I marinated the lamb in a mixture of all things that are delicious with lamb, such as garlic, chillies, lemon, anchovies, rosemary and olive oil. A proof that too much of a good things can be wonderful.
I also make a refreshing tzatziki dip/sauce and a Greek inspired cherry tomatoes, fets and olives salad.
