This video demonstrates the basic plank position.
The plank position is great for strengthening your core muscles.
Try to hold this position for sixty seconds or longer. If you can't hold it that long, try going for 30 seconds until you're strong enough to go longer.
Try beating your last longest time!
Don't give up if you're shaking like a leaf in the position. It's mind over matter sometimes. The stronger your mind, the stronger your body. So when you think you can't take any more, you need to mentally push your body a tiny bit more.
You'll be amazed at how fast you'll see results in your core strength using the plank move.
