This vid is of water takeoffs and landings by the 35" span Republic SeaBee foamie RC plane after some reworks to eliminate the water looping of the original build. Changes consisted of adding spray rails and reworking the float bottom surfaces to sharpen the aft end and add more foam to aft bottom.
The spray rails seemed to prevent water from getting into the prop, a problem previously, as well as stabilizing the plane when on step.
