Strolling through the streets of Almagro, a working class neighborhood in Buenos Aires, one can find the traditional, family owned cobbler Correa Calzados. For over 50 years, the men's shoe store has attracted local and international acclaim. In April 2012, I met Felix Correa Jr., or "Dany" as his family calls him, allowing me to discover the small factory and shoe store his father started almost six decades ago. This video is a glimpse into the the history and present of Correa Calzados, and their passion for an artisanal craft.
