Meditation Australia introduces a brand new online interview series hosted by MA Board member, Megan Spencer.
In this first episode Megan speaks with Dr. Elise Bialylew, a psychiatry-trained doctor, mindfulness meditation teacher and coach, and author of book 'The Happiness Plan'. She is based in Melbourne.
Elise is also a social entrepreneur and founder of Mindful in May, the “world’s largest online global mindfulness fundraising campaign”. Since starting in 2012, over 40,000 meditators have become involved with $800,000 raised to date to help bring clean and safe drinking water to those in need in developing countries.
Mindful in May has just kicked off again; with the COVID-19 pandemic in full swing, 2020 has been a bit of a 'different' experience this year - for Elise personally as well - as you'll hear in their conversation...
