** The webinar is in German language
Basis of the webinar are two campaigns for Dentaurum, the oldest independent dental company in the world, which celebrated its 125th anniversary in 2011. The task of Wolf-Peter Steinheisser and his team (mediaandmore.net) had been to create high level images of models with braces (brackets).
• Style: Lifestyle / Portraits.
• Image Gallery Usage: billboards, posters, brochures and website.
• Team: Photographer with two assistants, Digital Operator, Retoucher (live from New York), two technical assistants from Dentaurum, stylist, makeup artist + film crew.
• Technology: Film Lighting (Dedolight, Arri, Kinoflo), Niko Body (D3x), with Mamiya Phase One back, computer
At first Wolf-Peter will describe the technical set-up (once in a very stylish apartment, the other shooting at night in the spa / swimming pool). Why do film and no flash light? Interesting is also the question of the make-up, where his longtime colleague Andi Kuonath (redfishblack.com) supported the make-up artist live (via Skype) from New York to ensure that traces of the subsequent retouching had been reduced to a minimum. All according to the credo: all natural! no porcelain skin!
Everything had been produced entirely in digital and developed in Camera Raw, Lightroom and Capture One. Image galleries had been created both in colors and in black / white. The black / white look, of course, was then created on the computer. Wolf-Peter will show you how to build Looks in Camera Raw and how you can work with the individual color channels.
