Our designs are based on bdsarchitects’ EV Centre design that was conceived over 4 years ago to address how an EV Lifestyle the might be ….. well…. that lifestyle has arrived! As architects, “Integrated Design” is what we do naturally. We consider the environment, sociology, economics, ergonomics, aestethics, technology and construction to arrive at a solution that focusses on the customer. Every project we take on is fully researched and analysed before even putting pen to paper. So in the same way that Smart Cities integrate technologies, we go further and combine that into an architectural solution. This approach is particularly essential in the area of e-Mobility.
The OASISev provides smart EV charging facilities where the EV driver can ‘graze’, rest up, do some work, maybe even work out. You can pick up a ride share, rent an EV, take a FUV (Fun Utility vehicle) for a spin. #arcimoto
The centre generates more power than it uses through solar and wind. The modular structure is constructed from sustainable laminated bamboo. Structural landscaping is used to control the mesoclimate and create cool shady surroundings. Passive devices such as solar shading, reflection pools and an ‘active venturi’ screen are used to control the airflow, to cool and ventilate, providing comfort in the hot climate. The white cladding chosen is not only solar reflective, it ionises the air around it using photo catalysis to actually clean the air. So our solution is a coming together of new and existing technologies, mixing new discoveries with rediscoveries.
Our portfolio of solutions now includes multiple solutions that can be located or adapted for anywhere in the world. #bdsarchitects #studioarcrea
