A pilgrimage for those touched by cancer: cycling up one of South Wales' toughest climbs up to 15 times in one day. Have you got what it takes to tackle the Iron Mountain?
Some of my club-mates at CardiffAjaxCC participated in the event when this was filmed and I plan to take part this year on 4th May (see my blog: http://www.ianhomerphotography.co.uk/blog/2013/04/tumble-up/

Update: I managed 9 ascents (& safe descents) last year. Easily one of the hardest days in the saddle I've ever had racking up 40 miles going uphill gaining roughly 4200m. Chapeau to the club-mate Lawrence who managed 15 - you have to go up once every hour to do that! I am shooting for the 15 this time!!
[ Filmed with a helmet mounted GoPro HD Hero from the bike (except passing shot)and interspersed with stills from a Nikon DSLR with 80-200mm f2.8. ]
