Dr. Sue Basalla is an executive search consultant for Storbeck/Pimentel, a woman and minority-owned firm located outside of Philadelphia. She conducts searches for a variety of educational institutions, including colleges, universities, and independent schools. Sue first published So What Are You Going to Do With That?: Finding Work Outside of Academia in 2001, which was released in a revised edition in 2007 and will be revised again for publication in 2013. She also writes periodic career articles for the Chronicle of Higher Education. Sue holds a Ph.D. in English from Princeton University.
